3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
  • Prices are transparent and globally competitive, reflecting direct access to luxury suppliers.
  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
  • Once an order is placed, cancellations and modifications may not be possible due to international sourcing.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We provide hassle-free delivery, covering all duties and import costs.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and supplier processing times.
  • DE-X SOCIETY is not responsible for delays caused by customs or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of luxury fashion, returns may be subject to brand-specific policies.
  • If eligible, return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method.
